WELCOME NEW MEMBERS!
	The SYSTEC Group is pleased to welcome four new member companies to its growing network of information management specialists. Growing the Group bears great significance for SYSTEC's market coverage nationwide, and results in a strengthening of not only its market position, but also its buying position with vendors.
	The new member companies and headquarters locations are as follows: · Walter H. Hopkins, Co., Atlanta, GA · Spacesaver Filing and Storage, Palmyra, VA · McMurray Stern, Santa Fe Springs, CA · Pro-Space Storage Systems, Inc., Aurora, Ontario, Canada
	Walter H. Hopkins, Co. has offices located in Alabama and throughout Georgia. They assist their clients by providing a host of products and services from mobile storage systems to imaging and tracking services. Walter Hopkins, President, emphasizes the company's mission to design and install materials and document management systems with the most cost-effective solution to meet their clients' needs.
	Bruce and Mark Chase, owners of Spacesaver Filing and Storage, are excited to be a part of the group. They serve clients in Virginia and West Virginia.
	McMurray Stern services all of Southern California for SYSTEC. The company provides full-service turnkey solutions and serves a variety of markets including corporate offices, libraries, healthcare facilities, schools, museums and industrial facilities. We welcome Matt Denburg, Principal, and his staff to the Group.
	Pro-Space Storage Systems is our first international member, located in Ontario, Canada. They offer a wide range of products and services to solve their customers' storage needs - from shelving and accessories to electronic records storage. Owner, Mike Thompson, is excited to be a part of the Group.

The product offering includes vertical, lateral and side tab cabinets and fire resistant safes and vault doors to protect larger record storage areas. SafeTec's MediaCase is a portable media safe designed for portability while providing maximum storage efficiency. SYSTEC INTRODUCES THINFILE™ FILING SYSTEMS
		The SYSTEC Group introduces its newest filing solution, ThinFile a stand-alone high-density storage solution for end-tab folders, hanging folders, binders, multi-media formats or other stored items. Both preconfigured units and adjustable units are available. Preconfigured units are offered for the most typical filing applications including legal and letter end-tab folders and x-ray files. Adjustable units come with a range of storage configurations including hanging file frames, traditional file drawers, slotted shelves, catalog shelves, hanging pocket storage, media drawers as well as a reference shelf for convenience. Units can be easily modified or retrofitted in the field to update storage needs as the customer requires. SYSTEC’s new RollTec™ tambour door provides safety and security of records or stored items. Mounted to the top of ThinFile unit, a mobile storage system or stand-alone shelving, RollTec adds security without adding to storage footprint. SYSTEC EXPANDS ITS IMAGING SERVICE OFFERING
		The SYSTEC Group announces that it has expanded it's service capabilities with the addition of imaging services including document scanning, micrographic conversions and hosted document storage. SYSTEC's conversion capabilities allow customers to advance their document management practices into electronic formats from paper, microfiche, roll film or aperture card formats. Scanned documents can be outputted into CD, DVD, optical discs and a whole range of other formats. Documents can also be stored on an electronic document management system for the added convenience of web-based access to documents from anywhere in the world.
